今晚去文化中心睇Ornette Coleman, 好開心啊!!!

終於有機會見到大師的風采.. 佢宜家都77歲, miss左今次, 睇黎呢一世都唔會再有機會…

歐奈．柯爾曼是當今炙手可熱的爵士樂手。50多年的音樂生涯，柯爾曼活力未減，音樂創意不斷。2006年推出前一年音樂會現場灌錄新碟《Sound Grammar》，獲高度評價。2007年，柯爾曼憑《Sound Grammar》獲一年一度的普立茲音樂獎，而他亦成為該獎項60多年歷史以來獲獎的第二位爵士樂手。同年更囊括格林美，及由四百多位傳媒票選為年度爵士 音樂家，成為去年最矚目的樂手之一。

1950年代，爵士樂界刮起改革之風，樂器間不講主次，講求平等，音樂講求創新變化之聲不斷。柯爾曼當時以先知的姿態，推出幾張大碟，震撼整個樂 壇。直至1960年，一眾樂手響應着這股自由之風，柯爾曼即成為改革運動的靈魂人物。時年77歲的柯爾曼，2008年再次上路，香港藝術節是亞洲演出重要 一站。他獨特的雙低音組合，今次更會再加多一人，勢成為爵士樂團的另一創舉。

殿堂爵士樂大師中，柯爾曼被形容為碩果僅存的一位。這次訪港演出，可一不可再，自然不容錯過。

Just dunno about the speed of Qualcomm, haven’t used it before… but I guess it should be good enough for normal usage.

Brought it in Amazon.com yesterday. Of course I buy it immediately once I see it available. DVD-Audio is so magical, it simply cannot be resisted!

Hope it will be delivered to Hong Kong ASAP! Such a great album…
